The RAXMEK X series is designed for continuous, round-the-clock industrial production. By utilizing an automatic dual-shuttle table system, the machine eliminates the loading and unloading downtime associated with single-table systems, increasing overall production efficiency by up to 50% to 60%.
High-Speed Shuttle Table Exchange
The exchange table system is driven by a heavy-duty double-chain transmission and guided by robust locating cones. During the exchange cycle, the tables lift hydraulically and swap positions within 15 to 20 seconds. A mechanical interlock ensures that the table is locked in place before cutting resumes.
Fully Enclosed Laser Safety Cabin
To protect operators from high-power laser radiation, the cutting zone is completely enclosed. The safety cabin features OD6+ certified protective viewing windows and door safety interlocks. An integrated high-performance ventilation and multi-zone dust extraction system removes fumes efficiently.

Complete Radiation Protection (OD6+)
High-power fiber lasers require strict safety measures. The S/X series enclosure is constructed from thick steel plate and lined with light-absorbing materials. The viewing windows are made of OD6+ certified laser-protective glass, allowing operators to safely monitor the cutting process.
Multi-Zone Sectional Dust Extraction
To maintain a clean working environment, the bed is divided into multiple independent dust extraction zones. Pneumatically controlled dampers open only in the zone directly beneath the cutting head. This concentrates the suction force, maximizing the extraction of dust and fumes while minimizing energy consumption.
Safety Interlock Switches
All access doors are fitted with dual-channel safety interlock switches. If any door is opened during operation, the laser source is instantly shut down, preventing accidental exposure to the laser beam.

Nitrogen and Air Bending/Cutting Optimization
High-power lasers enable high-speed nitrogen cutting for bright, oxide-free edges on stainless steel and aluminum. It also supports high-pressure air cutting on carbon steel and stainless steel, significantly reducing operating gas costs while maintaining high cutting speeds.
Intelligent Power Regulation
The CNC system dynamically adjusts the laser power, frequency, and duty cycle based on the cutting speed and path curvature. This prevents overheating at corners and ensures consistent cut quality across the entire part.
High-Dynamic Motion Control & Heavy-Duty Welded Bed
High-Acceleration Drive Train (1.5G)
To achieve maximum productivity, the X series utilizes high-torque Yaskawa or Beckhoff servo motors coupled with high-precision Shimpo or Apex gear reducers. The motion is transmitted through premium helical rack & pinions (YYC, Taiwan) and linear guides (Hiwin, Taiwan), enabling accelerations up to 1.5G.
Graphite-Protected Segmented Bed
Ultra-high-power laser beams generate extreme heat. To protect the machine bed from thermal deformation, the bed is lined with heat-resistant graphite plates and refractory bricks in the direct path of the laser. This prevents gantry misalignment and ensures long-term accuracy.
Aviation-Grade Aluminum Gantry
The lightweight, high-rigidity extruded aluminum gantry minimizes moving mass. This allows the machine to maintain high dynamic response and positioning accuracy during complex, high-speed cutting paths.
